Inputs
int nWidth
This parameter specifies the width of pulse of trig out. This value must
be between 1 and 63.
OptionIdEnum eType This parameter specifies the type of external trig out.
The OptionIdEnum for this function must be one of the following items:
ID_OPTION_PARAMETER_ACTIVE_HIGH
ID_OPTION_PARAMETER_ACTIVE_LOW
ID_OPTION_PARAMETER_TOGGLE

This function is used for Sierra boads only.This function returns the type of external trig out and
the width of pulse of trig out.
