BOOL bEnable Specifies whether to enable error generation on incoming
frame of a ATA command.
int nFrameType Incoming frame type. (see FIS type definition )
short iFrameNumberInCommad Number of frame in a command.
Int* pnErrorCode
Error code. If the function call was corrected, the error code
is zero.
