int nPacketIndexInLayer Index of a packet corresponding to layer ID.
short iOffsetFromStartFrame Offset of frame for generating code violation or disparity error.
short iCountOfError
Count value for generating code violation or disparity error.
Return Value
None.
Remark
Sets offset from start of outgoing open frame and count value, for generating code violation or
disparity error in an outgoing open frame.
NOTE: Call this method only for the SCSI, Task, SMP, or ATA command packet.
