4 Use Your System
Follow these steps:
1 In Design Mode, select Design > Manage Views
( Figure 99 ).

2 Select the views that you wish to export ( Figure 100 ).

3 Select the move- across button to place the views in
the External File area. The Save View File Dialog box
opens.
4 Enter a name of the file into which you are going to save
your views.
Select Manage Views
NOTE
Only the views you have created, modified or imported to your current
project are available for export. The standard system-supplied views can
not be exported.
