Crash Files screen
The screen displays the following for each reported crash file:
3. Select a listed crash file and select the Copy button to display a screen used to copy (archive)
the file to an external location.
4. To remove a listed crash file from those displayed, select the file and select the Delete button.
Advanced
Use Advanced diagnostics to review and troubleshoot potential issues with the access point’s User
Interface (UI). The UI Diagnostics screen contains tools to effectively identify and correct access
point UI issues. Diagnostics can also be performed at the device level for connected clients.
The following options are available under the Advanced menu:

File Name
Displays the name of the file generated when a crash event occurred. This is
the file available to copy to an external location for archive and
administration.
Size
Lists the size of the crash file, as this information is often needed when
copying files to a location external to the access point.
Last Modified
Displays the time stamp of the crash file’s most recent update.
Actions
Displays the action taken by the access point in direct response to the
detected crash event.
