EMV Error Screens
EMV processing requires that the customer receive some feedback to the status of processing
with the ICC.
Card Removed Prematurely
Condition:
This screen will be displayed if the customer removed the ICC before the terminal
prompted for the ICC removal.
Corrective Action:
The customer will need to wait for the insert card prompt, re-insert the ICC, perform
transaction, and wait for the terminal to prompt them to remove their ICC.
