Upgrade Firmware—Available if Win-Situ can upgrade the device to a
newer firmware version. For more information, see page 16.
Device Errors—If device failures (e.g., power, memory, clock) have
occurred, this button will be available to supply details.
PARAMETERS NODE (GROUP VIEW)
To view a list of all parameters the device can measure, select the
Parameters node in the Navigation tree.
To access the action buttons:
1. Select a parameter in the Information pane. Select one or more by
holding the CTRL key while clicking.
2. Select the action button.
For the external channels of a HERMIT 3000, additional action buttons are
available.
SECTION 3: THE WIN-SITU ENVIRONMENT
TIP: With any node selected, clicking the right mouse button
displays a short, context-sensitive menu listing the same
actions available on the action buttons.
TIP: Some action buttons are unavailable when a test is
running.
