ABOUT THE PRESSURE PARAMETER

In-Situ’s MiniTROLL and TROLL 4000 measure two parameters:
pressure (water level) and temperature. The Multi-Parameter TROLL
8000 and PXD pressure transducers also measure pressure. Options in
the Parameter Wizard let you tell Win-Situ exactly how you want to
display pressure measurements—as raw pressure head above the
sensor, as depth, or as water level with a reference.

EDITING THE PRESSURE PARAMETER

The Parameter wizard can help you configure a pressure channel to
display measurements just as you want them. The specified settings
are easily changed from one mode to another, and any choice can be
redone or undone later, when viewing test data.

1. In the navigation tree, select a pressure parameter.

2. In the Information pane, select the action button Edit Parameter

(Edit Channel for an external pressure transducer).

If the device is running a test, the Edit Parameter function will
not be available.
