Advantages of the Tests node (group view): (1) Group
actions can be performed on multiple tests, and (2) New tests
can be added to the device. Refer to Sections 8 and 9 for
complete information on tests.
SINGLE PARAMETER NODES
To view more detail for an individual parameter—including the pressure
sensor range—and access more actions, view the single parameter
display:
1. Expand the Parameters node by clicking the + symbol
2. Select the parameter of interest.
Parameter Actions
Edit Parameter—Pressure readings can be customized with this button.
Refer to Section 5 for complete information. Note: This button is Edit
Channel for a HERMIT 3000.
Take Reading—displays an instant reading.
Calibrate—for the water quality parameters of a Multi-Parameter TROLL
8000.
TESTS NODE (GROUP VIEW)
To view a summary of all the tests in the device, select the Tests node in
the Navigation tree. Refer to Sections 8 and 9 for more information on
tests.
