To “standardize” your Conductivity Probe in the Basic Level of
Operation

At the Basic Procedural level the only setup options that you can
access are the Cell Constant, the Print Interval and the number of
Significant Digits. If you need to change any other parameter such as
reference temperature or temperature coefficient you will need to set
the Procedural Level to Advanced in the System setup screen. Any
values previously saved in the Conductivity setup screen at the
Advanced Procedural Level will become the default values for the
basic Procedural Level.

1. Access the Conductivity Setup screen and verify the value for the

nominal cell constant of the probe.

2. Touch std on the Conductivity Measure screen to access the

Conductivity Standardization screen.

3. Immerse the conductivity and ATC probes in the standard with a

known conductivity value and stir.

4. Touch

clear to delete previous standardization values.

5. Touch

std to access the standardization mode again.

6. Use the keypad on the display screen to enter the value of the

known conductivity standard.

7. Touch

enter on the keypad to accept this conductivity standard

and return to the conductivity measure screen.
