10.4 Guidelines for Returning Unit for Repair
Use the original packaging material if possible when shipping the unit for repair.
Otherwise wrap it with bubble pack and use a corrugated box for additional
protection. Include a brief description of any faults suspected for the convenience of
Customer Service Dept., if possible.
10.5 Maintenance and Cleaning
Maintenance
The Alpha pH 2000 contains no user repairable components. Please contact Eutech
Instruments or its distributor if there is any problem with the unit.
Cleaning
To remove dust, dirt and spots, the external surfaces of the
controller may be wiped
with a damp, lint-free cloth. A mild household cleaner can also be used if necessary.
