Recovery. Ensure that all versions of products with which SMF interacts are
compatible with the version of SMF you are using. If you are unable to fix the problem
by adjusting version levels, contact your service provider.

5061: ZSMF-EVT-INVALIDREQUEST

request-code

is a request code associated with token ZSMF-TKN-INT16-LINK1. The request
code is an internal number assigned by the requester.

is returned if a file system or shared services error occurs. See

on page A-23. Shared services notifications are described in

Table A-8

on page A-16.

Cause. A request could not be processed because a versioning incompatibility exists
or a storage pool or virtual disk process was in a state inappropriate for a particular
request.

Effect. The request is not processed.

Recovery. Ensure that all version compatibility requirements are satisfied, or ensure
that a process is in the state appropriate for the request.

5062: ZSMF-EVT-NOTYETDEFINED

is returned if a file system or shared services error occurs. See

This event is accompanied by token ZSMF-TKN-INT16-LINK1, but its value is not
used.

Cause. A request to redefine, delete, or otherwise configure a storage pool process
could not be processed because the storage pool process is not fully defined.

Effect. The request is rejected.

Recovery. Configure the storage pool process completely and put it into a state
appropriate for the request before resubmitting the request.
