Cause. VDP has shipped a name range request to the pool process and a reply is
awaited.
Effect. The operation could not be performed.
Recovery. Retry the operation after some delay.
5328: ZSMF-EVT-VOLSELECTERR

is a file system error number associated with token ZSMF-TKN-INT16-LINK1.
