Cause. An attempt to recover a previously unsuccessful deletion or redefinition of a
virtual disk process failed because the VDPTBL catalog file could not be accessed.
Effect. Recovery cannot be completed.
Recovery. Retry the deletion or redefinition request. If it fails again, contact your
service provider.
