Pair status definitions
Both Remote Web Console and RAID Manager pair status names appear in the Remote Web
Console Status columns, except when the names are the same. When they are the same, the RAID
Manager status does not appear.
The following table shows both types of status names and their descriptions. In some cases, a
particular status has no exact parallel status in the other interface. This is noted.
When checking your pairs’ status, click File/Refresh to make sure the data is current.

Read Only Read/Write The initial copy operation is in progress. COPY COPY

duplicated on the S-VOL. PAIR PAIR
Read Only Read/Write If data in the journal volume exceeds the threshold (80
%), pair status changes to PFUL. The pair is not
suspended; the copy operation continues. PFUL RWC displays
this status as
PAIR
If the journal option, Inflow Control, is set to Yes when
status changes to PFUL, host I/O is delayed because
update I/O to the journal volume is delayed.
