The maximum length of the group is 22 characters if the mirror_config option policy is
set for the specified target. If it is not set, the maximum length is 31 characters.

For multiple target Remote Copy groups, when creating a group with multiple targets, the
groups created on those targets will also be created with a backup target between the
secondary groups.
