PROCESSING JOB The printer is processing the current
job. No action required.
READY The printer is online and ready to
receive data, and no status or
device attendance messages are
pending. No action required.
REINSTALL
TRANSFER BELT The transfer belt is broken or
incorrectly installed. Inspect the transfer belt and
replace it if necessary.
REMOVE PAPER
TOP OUTPUT BIN The top output bin is full. Remove media from the top
output bin.
RESETTING
MEMORY The printer is executing a memory
reset. The printer returns to the
READY state upon completion of
this process. No action required.
RESETTING VALUES
FINISHED The color calibration density values
have been reset to their default
values. No action required.
RESTORING
FACTORY SETTINGS The printer is executing a
RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS
or a COLD RESET. No action required.
TONER CMYK LOW The toner cartridge specified is low
on toner. Printing will continue until a
TONER OUT message
appears. To change the toner
cartridge now, press
S ELECT .
TONER CMYK OUT The toner cartridge specified is out
of toner. Change the specified toner
cartridge now to ensure print
quality.
TONER CMYK LOW

PRESS SELECT
TO CHANGE TONER
The toner cartridge specified is low
on toner and must be replaced now. Press S ELECT to enter the toner
replacement menu.
TONER CMYK OUT

The toner cartridge specified is out
of toner. If the TONER OUT setting
in the CONFIGURATION MENU is
set to OVERRIDE, pressing
G O will
resume printing.
Press S ELECT to enter the toner
replacement menu. Press G O
to resume printing without
changing the cartridge.
