Vertical lines or streaks
Problem Solution
White lines or streaks appear only in
the black areas of print. Print several configuration pages.
The lines or streaks should clear
within a few pages. Try reprinting
your print job. If the problem
persists, replace the black toner
cartridge.

Vertical colored bands or dark black

page to verify the remaining life of
the imaging drum. Replace the
imaging drum if necessary.
