Your software application does not support

Color mode is not selected in your software
application or printer driver. Select color mode instead of grayscale or
monochrome mode.

Printer driver does not recognize Tray 3 or the Duplex Printing Accessory
Cause Solution
The printer driver has not been configured to
recognize Tray 3 or the duplex printing
