1-1-3-2 Toolbars
The following toolbar shows at the top left corner of all screens in EA. It is a selection window for
choosing the scope of the data, i.e. the Owner-Subsystem-Event # or the Application. Clicking on
the toolbar brings up a small popup that allows selection of the criteria mentioned. Default selection
is All Owners, All Subsystems and All Events. Once an owner is changed from the dropdown, the
subsystem list refreshes to show the subsystems available for the chosen owner. Providing the
event # is optional. If event # is omitted, all events for the chosen owner and subsystem are
reflected in the report values. An application is a group or owner-subsystems defined in the Admin
section. For an explanation on applications, go to
section 3-1-2-3 (Manage Applications).

The top right corner of most screens has the following three icons grouped together:

The ‘Print’ and ‘Export to Excel’ icons work with the data grid on the current screen and print the
table or transfer it to an excel sheet (if Microsoft Excel is available) respectively. The ‘Help’ icon
brings up a user manual pointing to the entry for the screen in focus.
