In both the above views, the ‘Event #’ is a hyperlink. This will bring up the details of that event in
the ‘Event Details’ window, as explained in
Figure 65 Action Event Search
The second option is to view the # of resolved action events having response time exceeding a
certain value (in minutes). This list can be further filtered to look at only normal or only critical
events as well as look only at events acknowledged by specific users. The chart is a bar chart
with 24 bars (for the 24 hours of the day) and the length of each bar corresponds to the number
of matched action events that hour of the day. Accompanying the chart is a chart legend, which
shows for each chart series, the name of the series as well as the color it is identified by in the
chart. This legend appears towards the right side of the chart. Rolling over the bars of the chart
brings up tooltips with details on the value being charted as shown below:
