This view shows the events by the weekdays of the month. The month selection dropdown on the top
allows you to switch to another month. The toolbar on the left is the standard owner-subsystem-event
# filter explained in

section 1-1-4-2

(Toolbars) of this user manual. This filter is used to display events

for a particular owner-subsystem, or a particular owner-subsystem-event # or an application.

You can either view the total number of events for each weekday of that month, or the daily average
per weekday. By default, the total counts are displayed. You can switch to the ‘Averages’ view by
selecting the ‘Averages’ radio button located above the chart and clicking on the ‘Apply’ button.

The chart type is a stacked bar chart with one bar for each weekday (Sun-Sat) of the month, and
shows the activity for each day, by event type/severity. Accompanying the chart is a chart legend,
which shows for each chart series, the name of the series as well as the color it is identified by in the
chart. This legend appears towards the right side of the chart. As can be seen from the chart legend,
there are six types of events: normal non-action, critical non-action, normal action-reqd, and so on.
Each type is represented by a different color on the chart. The blue line connecting the top of each
bar shows the sum of all types for that weekday. Rolling over various bars of the chart brings up
tooltips with details on the value being charted as shown below:

Figure 43 Weekdays – Tooltip

The first row shows the type of events (non-action normal, non-action critical, etc.) while the second
row shows the number of events of that event type generated for that weekday.

The grid below the chart shows, for each weekday, the total or average count of events as well as a
breakdown on the type of events that were generated on that weekday for the entire month. The grid
can be sorted by any column. A yellow colored row indicates that at least one of the days of that
weekday had EA - generated alerts.

Clicking on a number in the grid brings up this new screen:
