FlashCopy to PPRC Primary Volume Function
The FlashCopy to PPRC Primary Volume function allows you to share Version 2 T-VOLs and TrueCopy
for Mainframe M-VOLs. When you share Version 2 T-VOLs and TrueCopy for Mainframe M-VOLs,
the status of the TrueCopy for Mainframe pairs must be Duplex, Pending duplex, or Suspend. You
can also either create TrueCopy for Mainframe pairs after creating Version 2 pairs, or create
Version 2 pairs after creating TrueCopy for Mainframe pairs. However, Version 2 pairs can be
created after creating TrueCopy for Mainframe pairs only when the following options are used:
