FlashCopy function. If the
relationship cannot be
established using the
Preserve Mirror FlashCopy
function, the copy operation
is executed using the existing
FlashCopy-to-PPRC Primary
Volume function.
TGTPPRIM=YES must be
specified at the same time.
Specifies the serial number
