A.1 The SPC11 remote inputs
A 1-signal at the Remote input deactivates the SPC11 buttons.
The button functions can then be called up via the digital
inputs (I5...7). This permits start-up via external operating
buttons or a higher-order PLC/IPC.
Input Function Description
I7 {/- With position change:
A 1-signal (min. 20 ms) at this input continuously reduces the
position value as long as the 1-signal is present (drives moves
toward the measuring system zero point).
With parameter change:
A 1-signal (min. 20 ms) at this input reduces the parameter
value by one.

Esc ( < 1 s)
A 1-signal at this input (longer than 2 seconds) confirms the
parameter value or starts the teach procedure.
A short 1-signal ( < 1s ) breaks off the procedure.
I5 +/} With position change:
A 1-signal (min. 20 ms) at this input continuously increases
the position value as long as the 1-signal is present (drives
moves away from the measuring system zero point).
With parameter change:
A 1-signal (min. 20 ms) at this input increases the parameter
value by one.
