1. Baste the fabric onto thin paper or water-soluble stabilizer
sheet.
1 Basting stitch
2 0.4 cm (3/16”)
3 Thin paper or stabilizer sheet
5 2. Attach presser foot “J”. Center the presser foot on the paper
between the folded edges of fabric and begin sewing.

* Use thick thread. (#30)
* After sewing, remove the paper.
