Time frame: Weeks 7–8
What and why: In the Core IT phase, you defined your Google Guides
program and lined up your guide candidates. At this stage of the
Early Adopter phase, you hold your Google Guides kickoff meetings
and begin to bring your guides up to speed.
The result: Your Google Guides are energized and ready to help you
lead the switch to Google Apps in your organization. They know their
responsibilities and are getting up to speed on Google Apps.
