Edit an image
The Effect Image Editor can be used to create new images and to edit imported images. It offers
some simple drawing tools. All of them are mouse operated.
Drawing tools
The drawing tools are the pen and the select tool. The pen will draw with the selected colors and the
select tool can be used to select an area and drag it to a different location.
Zoom tool
Click on the zoom tools to zoom in/out.
Color tools
There are two ways to select color:
Color picker (click on a color to select)
Color sampler (click in image to sample)
Kaleidoscope tool
Anything you draw is mirrored on the other side of the lines. Makes it easy to make symmetrical
patterns.
