work network over GPRS (General Packet Radio Service).

A SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card is required to operate the GPRS communication
features on your PDT.

NOTE:

If the battery is already installed, you must remove it before inserting the SIM

card.

To insert the SIM card into the PDT:
1. Remove the battery cover and battery.

2. Push the metal latch forward to unlock and lift the SIM holder.

3. Insert a correctly oriented SIM card into the SIM holder.

4. Put down the SIM holder and push the metal latch backwards to lock it.

5. Place the battery and battery cover back.

6.2. Setting up a GPRS connection

1.

Tap the phone icon in the system tray twice.

2. A GPRS power control window is displayed.

You need to select "Enable GPRS Module" and tap the OK button.

3. After a few seconds you might be prompted to input a PIN code and tap the OK

button (only if PIN code is configured).
