Function Code 16: Write Registers
There are 21 registers in Function Code 16 that can be used to write to the Rig Monitor.
This manual only describes Register 16 because it can be used to reset an alarm condition.

Register 16
Register 16 performs the same functions as the buttons on the Rig Monitor. Among other
things, it is useful for remotely silencing alarms. With the Rig Monitor in an alarm
condition, bit [0] can be used to silence it.

NOTE: Register 40, the remote configuration register, must be set to 1 or 2 in order for
Register 16 to work.
