In the following example, a Bulletin 2705 RediPANEL displays stored
messages. An alarm, connected to an output module, signals when
communications with the RediPANEL are lost. The system consists of:
•
SLC–5/02 Processor (Catalog No. 1747–L524) in slot 0
•
Remote I/O Scanner (Catalog No. 1747–SN) in slot 1
•
Output Module (Catalog No. 1746–OB8) in slot 2
•
An alarm connected to the output module
•
Bulletin 2705 RediPANEL
