Email & Fax
Scans the originals and send the scanned data to Email and Fax at once.
1 Load the document(s) face up with top edge in first into the DADF.
OR
Place a single document face down on the document glass.
For details about loading a document, see "Loading an Original Document".
2 Press Email & Fax from the home screen.
OR
Press All Applicatons ( ) Email & Fax from the home screen.
3 Enter the recipient’s Email address and fax phone number using Direct Input or
Address ( ) from the screen.
4 If necessary, customize the scan settings including scan resolution, scan color, scan
format, pdf encryption, duplex, original size ,original type and etc by using
Setting(
) from the screen.
5 Press Start ( ) from the screen.
The printer begins scanning and then sends Email and fax.
