3.2.4.2 Traps Log Screen
The Traps that can be reported are predefined. The Traps Log screen reports each trap that occurred
since the last system restart or reset, and when it occurred in relation to the total operating time since
the last system restart or reset. See Figure 30.

All users can view the traps log screen. Configuring traps is limited to the Supervisor level of
password protection and consists of:

Trap Community - as configured for the Host IP Address.

Trap Port - Default is 162, depending on the Network setup (reference Figure 17, Host Table /
SNMP Settings)

Disable traps for port 1 or 2, or both; three traps are available for each port: link up, link down,
and remote fault.

Send Alert Traps - enable or disable, in which case traps will not be forwarded to the SNMP
Manager.

Send Authentication Traps - enable or disable.
