Method

Wash vegetables or fruit thoroughly

Peel and remove seeds or pits

Chop

Steam or cook with a bit of water

undl tender (approx. 10-20 minutes)

Puree with your mini blender

vegetable mash

Most fruit and vegetables can be prepared in

the same basic, easy way. Great foods to start

off with are peaches, apples, pears, bananas,

carrots, beans, peas, potatoes, pumpkin,

cauliflower or broccoli. Usually one piece

of fruit makes one serving.
