Delete Content

This option will permanently delete all DVR recordings or media files saved on

the hard drive.

To delete specific individual files, see below:

1.

From the Main Menu select

SETTINGS > RESTART & RESET > DELETE

CONTENT

.

2.

Select between “

DVR recording

” or all “

Media files saved on this hard

drive

”.

NOTE:

If you continue, depending on your choice, all DVR recordings and/or media files will be

permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

3.

After making your choice, use the

ARROW KEYS

to select “

Continue

” and

press

OK

.

If you want to delete individual DVR recordings, go to the Main Menu,

select “

DVR

”, “

DVR Recordings

”, select a recording from the list, and select

Delete Program

”.

If you want to delete individual media files, in the Main Menu choose

between “

MUSIC

”, “

PHOTOS

”, and “

VIDEOS

”. Select a file from the available

folders then press the

YELLOW

button on the remote or

OK

to select the

file.

Depending on the media file chosen, select “

Delete Song

”, “

Delete Photo

”,

or “

Delete Video

”.

Repeat Setup Wizard

You only need to repeat Setup Wizard if you have moved or if your video source

has changed. This will stop any in-progress recordings, scheduled recordings,

and downloads. From the Main Menu select “

SETTINGS

”, “

Restart & Reset

”,

and “

Repeat Setup Wizard

”.

Reset to Factory Default

WARNING:

Resetting to factory default will erase all recordings, media content, user settings,

and channel line-ups. It will also deactivate any services, such as VUDU, from the

device.

From the Main Menu select “

SETTINGS

”, “

Restart & Reset

”, and “

Reset to

Factory Default

”.

2.

Press

OK

to continue.

3.

A warning message will appear to confirm that you would like to proceed.

Select “

BACK

” to exit, otherwise select “

NEXT

” to continue.

Software Update

If FusionTV is connected to the Internet, software updates can be downloaded

to your device. The device will prompt you when a new software update is

available and ask you to download and install the update.

You can also periodically check for new updates.

Software Update Using the Internet:

The easiest way to update your software is by using the Internet. A broadband

connection is required.

1.

From the “

SETTINGS

” menu select “

Software Update

”, then select “

Check

For New Update

”, and press

OK

.

2.

FusionTV will look for available updates. If an update is found, you will be

prompted to accept the update and begin the downloading process. Once

the download is complete, FusionTV will install the update and restart the

device automatically.
