Installing the disk image on a replacement UIM

A replacement UIM may be used if your UIM has a hardware fault. The replacement
UIM is shipped with no operating system or UIM software installed. Use procedures
in this section to install the system disk image on the replacement UIM. You must use
the factory default image file located on the UIM Restore Program CD that you
received with your original UIM. Use the following flow chart as a guide.
