Sound from an external effects unit is distorted.

Make sure the volume for the external effects unit is set properly.

The tempo (BPM) of a track can’t be measured.
The measured tempo is wrong.

Adjust the [

TRIM

] knob so the channel level indicator lights up with the peak level at around

[

0

] dB.

Tempo (BPM) can’t be measured for some tracks. Use the [

TAP

] button to manually set the

tempo for those tracks.

The measured tempo (BPM) differs from the value shown on
the information of the track.

The values don’t match when BPM measuring methods are different.

MIDI

You can’t control a MIDI device with the unit.

Press the [

MIDI ON/OFF

] button to turn MIDI on.

Assign this unit’s MIDI messages to the software. For details on assignment, refer to the
instruction manual for the software.

Connections

The unit isn’t recognized by the connected PC/Mac.
The USB connection indicator is blinking slowly.

Install the dedicated software on the PC/Mac. If the software is already installed, reinstall it.

Sound from the connected PC/Mac isn’t outputting from the
unit.

Make sure the PC/Mac is connected properly.

It’s recommended to connect this unit and a PC/Mac directly with a USB cable.

When using a USB hub, use a product recommended by the manufacturer of your PC/Mac.

We don’t guarantee the operation of all USB hubs.
