Pan-tilt head, housing, lens, and camera operation

Pan-tilt head and built-in lenses and camera are controlled from the operation unit.

The functions and operating procedures vary depending on the operation unit that is used. For further information, please refer to the

instruction manual of your operation unit.

IMPORTANT

• It may take about 20 seconds to output steady video signals after the camera is turned on.

Genlock Synchronization

- When a suitable Genlock signal is input, the Genlock synchronization stabilizes after approximately 10 seconds.

- After the Genlock signal is input, do not perform other operations until the video output signal stabilizes or during the adjustment

of the phases.

NOTES

• If you operate the zoom after focusing, the focus on the subject may be lost.

• If you focus manually and then leave the camcorder with the power turned on, the focus on the subject may be lost after a while.

This possible slight shift in focus is a result of the internal temperature rising in the camcorder and lens. Check the focus before

resuming shooting.
