• Check that each cable is connected correctly.
Camera control does not work.

• Check the power to the pan-tilt head.
• Check that the control cable for pan-tilt head and the cable for camera are connected correctly.
• Conduct a continuity check for broken cable wires, etc.
No video is displayed although the pan-
tilt head can be operated.

• Conduct a continuity check for broken cable wires, etc. (Disconnect the BNC and check the video
from the pan-tilt head.)
The pan-tilt head does not move.
Installation site
• This may be due to an outside factor such as strong wind or some obstacle.
Check and remove any obstructing factors, and perform the operation again.
The custom picture settings cannot be
selected using the operation unit.
Installation site
• [Activate Other Settings] in the custom picture settings was set to [Off]. Turn the camera off and
then on again.
