If the Printer Waits Too Long to Print a Nest

n Change the Nest wait setting. See page 7-15.

If the Bail (Black Metal Bar) does not Lower All the Way

n If the bail (the black metal bar just inside the printer’s window) will not lower all

the way, check for obstructions underneath it.

n Make sure the cutting carriage is pushed all the way to the left.

The Media coming from the Printer is Fed Back into the
Printer causing a Media Jam.

n Lower the media lever and pull the media which has been fed back into the

printer until it is released.

n Go to Utilities/Move Media press the ↓ key to move the “media backwards”.

This will unblock the printer and you will be able to retrieve your media.

n If the media is damaged, cut and reload the media as described on page 3-13,

Loading Roll Media.

If you have marks on your print.

If you are printing on High gloss media and you have previously been printing on
Vinyl and you are now getting vertical streaks, perform the following:

1 Unload your media and load with a coated media.

2 Send three A0 prints to the printer. This will clear the pinch of the contaiminate.

3 You can now load the High Gloss Media.
