Key 8-11

Configured as one of the following standard Call Center features:

Key 8 = * Make Set Busy

Key 9 = * Not Ready (must have CLS = AGN).

Key 10 = * Emergency (must have CLS = AGN).

Key 11 = * Call Supervisor (must have CLS = AGN).

The following features can be configured on any Key 8-11 with the change of
the prelabeled key cap:

Activity Code entry.Agent Answer.
Answer Emergency Call.
Display Queue = DWC (used with supervisor or agent telephones).
Observe agent.
Ring Agent (must have CLS = SPV).

Note: Keys 8-11 are prelabeled in the factory; they are marked in this table with an
Asterisk.

Message Waiting key or another feature.

Key 17

Call Transfer key.

Key 18

A03 (3 Party Conference) or the A06 (6 Party Conference).

Key 19

Call Forward.

Ring Again.
