• To print a report of the batch count on tape, press the Tape key on the
IntelliLink TM Control Centre.
• To print a report on an envelope, place an envelope on the feed deck
and guide it to the rear and right. The display prompts: “Print Account
Report? (yes/no).”
Press Yes (Enter) to print the report.

1. After you press the Acct/Batch Total
key on the IntelliLink TM Control Centre
and the message "Report ... Insert
Envelope" appears on the display,
place a blank envelope on the feed
deck.
2. Make sure the envelope is pressed up
against the back wall of the deck and is
in contact with the feed roller as shown
here.
3. At the IntelliLink TM Control Centre, press the Feed Mail key.
4. Press the Yes (Enter) key to print the report.
