Selecting an
Account

If you're using the system's optional accounting feature, you may have to
select an account before you can print postage. In this case the system
prompts “No Account Selected”.

1. Press the Account key to see a list of accounts. Press the Account

key again to see more.

2. Key in the account number you want.
3. Press Enter.

If no account password is needed, the display shows the account you
selected and returns to the ready screen.

The display prompts you if an account password is needed. If it is,
key in the four-digit password and press Enter. The display shows
the account you selected and returns to the Ready screen.

Checking and
Clearing the
Batch Count

1. Press the Acct/Batch Totals key.
2. If you don't use your system's

accounting feature, the display
shows the total postage used and
the total number of pieces of mail
processed.

3. If you use the accounting feature, the display shows the batch value

and number of pieces printed for the currently selected account.

You can view the accumulated postage value and piece count information
from the batch register and print this for your records. You can also clear
or reset the batch count to zero.
