Notes:
• With some DVDs, some titles cannot be
played repeatedly. In this case the
mark appears on the screen.
• Repeat playback is not possible during
PBC playback on video CDs.
• When the REPEAT button is pressed
during programmed playback (page 96),
the program is played repeatedly.
Playing a specific section repeatedly
During playback, press the A-B
REPEAT button once at the
beginning of the section you
want to repeat then again at the
end of the section you want to
repeat.
The following message appears on the
display window:
The specified section is played repeatedly.
• Press the CLEAR button to cancel the
repeat play mode.
• The operation is the same for CDs and
video CDs.

Returning to a specific point

Use the A-B REPEAT button to
specify the section to be
repeated.
The following message appears on the
display window:

To return, press the PLAY
button.
The disc returns to the specified point.
• Press the CLEAR button to cancel the
repeat play mode.
• The operation is the same for CDs and
video CDs.
