4.2 Edit a Phonebook Entry
Take the following steps to change the details of a contact you already entered into the V300’s
phonebook.
1 Press the Navigator down to enter the LCD menus. Select Phonebook > Contact List >
View/Edit. The following screen displays.

2 Scroll to the entry you want to edit and press MENU. Scroll up and down and edit the
Name, Num (number) and Groups fields as required. Press MENU when you have
finished editing the entry.
4.3 Delete a Phonebook Entry
Take the following steps to remove a contact’s entry from the phonebook.

If you delete an entry, the information cannot be retrieved.
1 Press the Navigator down to enter the LCD menus. Select Phonebook > Contact List >
Delete. The following screen displays.

2 Select Delete one to remove a single entry from the list, or select Delete all to remove all
entries from the list.
• If you selected Delete one, scroll up and down to the entry you want to remove and
press MENU. The entry is deleted. Alternatively, press PHONEBOOK to return to
the previous screen.
• If you selected Delete all, the following screen displays.

Press MENU to clear the Contact List of all information, or press PHONEBOOK to
return to the previous screen without deleting any information.
