Keeping products in the refrigerator

• Products evenly arranged on racks

must be stored on plates, in special

containers, or packed in foil. Do not

leave products in contact with the

refrigerator’s back wall, as this can

cause them to collect moisture or

frost;

• Do not place dishes of warm food in

the refrigerator!

• Products that easily absorb odours

(dairy butter, milk, curd cheese) or

have their own strong odour (fish,

sausage goods, cheese) should be

stored in the refrigerator packed in

aluminium foil or in air tight contain-

ers;

• Foodstuffs must be stored, depend-

ing on their range, in the suitable

cooling zones;

• Dry off vegetables before placing

them in the refrigerator bin, as ex-

cessive moisture will reduce their

shelf life (especially in the case of

leafy vegetables).

washed as washing removes their

natural protection; they should be

washed immediately before con-

sumption;

moisture are stored, this results in

vapour precipitation over the veg-

etable drawer, but it does not nega-

tively impact the refrigerator’s op-

eration;

• Beverages should be stored in air-

tight bottles;

• Do not allow fat or butter to contact

plastic parts of the refrigerator or the

door seal!

Freezing products

with the exception of vegetables

such as lettuce that are not for cook-

ing;

• Products must be packed in bags

that are odourless, airtight and wa-
