4.3 Call Pick Up Individual
When your extension is idle, you can answer a call to another extension.
This feature is known as Call Pick-Up Individual. To pick up a call to another
extension, do the following:
H.323 Phones
1. Lift the handset and wait for a dial tone.
2. Dial the Call Pick-up Individual prefix 13.
Note: Austria, Italy, U.K., EBN, North America: *8*, Norway: #13
3. Dial the extension number.
4. Start the conversation.
SIP Phones
1. Lift the handset and wait for a dial tone.
2. Dial the Call Pick-up Individual prefix 13.

3. Dial the extension number, and tap the Call button.
4. Start the conversation.
