Troubleshooting

Check the following guide for the possible cause of a problem and how to

correct it.

Even if the power

button is pressed and

the power does not

turn on.

The battery power is

exhausted.
The main battery or the

High Capacity Battery

is not attached.
Battery Pack Lock is at

the Release side.

Charge the battery.
Attach the main battery/

High Capacity Battery

and switch Battery Pack

Lock to the Lock side.
Switch Battery Pack

Lock to the Lock side.

The power was

suddenly cut off.

The battery power is

exhausted.

Charge the battery.

Automatic suspend is

active.

System, Power to set

to alter the power shut

down time.

Even if the battery is

completely charged, it

discharges after a

short period of time.

The battery is extinct.

Replace the main

battery with a new one.

The screen was

tapped, but the correct

action was not

executed.

Touch screen

adjustment is incorrect.
