Additional Information

A file (or folder) with the same name exists. Skipping transfer.

Cause

A file or folder exists with the same name as the file or folder that

is being received.

An error occurred during server search.

Cause

Local Device was unable to search for peripheral devices.

Solution Try the operation again.
Bluetooth Settings cannot be started.

Cause

The Bluetooth may not be enabled in the Toshiba Pocket PC.

Solution Perform the steps to start Bluetooth Settings.
(Folder name) does not exist.

Cause

The folder that you tried to locate in Local Device does not exist.

A communications error occurred.

Cause

An internal OBEX error occurred when the remote device was

started.

Solution If the device you to which you were unable to connect is not a

Bluetooth SD Card, try the operation again without FTP authenti-

cation.

Your G-Number or Password is Wrong
Make sure you set your G-Number and password properly.
Cannot call an IP phone
Make sure you log on to VLI Buddy Server. If you log on to it properly, your

status (Online, Offline, Busy or Away) is shown.
Check contact information in your buddy list or of your buddy icon.
Confirm your party's status is not offline.
Cannot call a phone
Make sure you log on to VLI Buddy Server. If you log on to it properly, your

status (Online, Offline, Busy or Away) is shown.
You cannot hear your party's voice
Check speaker volume on your Pocket PC.
Your party cannot hear your voice
Check microphone volume on your Pocket PC.
Make sure muting microphone is not activated. If Mute button color is red,

push Mute button again.
Cannot see your buddy list
Make sure you log on to VLI Buddy Server. If you log on to it properly, your

status (Online, Offline, Busy, or Away) is shown.
