Check that the Input Mode is set to auto. if not, see “ Input Mode ”.

Check that the Current Mode shows the format of the connected source. If it does
not, see “ Input Mode ”.

Check the Multicast Enable box if RTP multicast source streaming is required,
otherwise ensure this box is unchecked to enable RTP unicast.
TIP: If your source or local monitor uses EDID, you may need to look at these
settings, see “ EDID options ” and é in the previous diagram.

Does the source have an audio channel?

Encoder setup is complete, click the Save All tab.
If a local monitor is connected it should now be
displaying the source. If it is not, see “
